Overview
Tartine Bakery is seeking experienced morning bread bakers with deck oven expertise for its Los Angeles commissary. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, including weekends) with a start time of 3:00 AM. The compensation is $21.00 per hour (Depending on Experience).

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A minimum of one year of professional bread baking experience.
- Possession of a valid Food Handler's Certificate.
- Capability to remain standing for long durations and lift items exceeding 50 pounds.
- Effective communication, teamwork abilities, and proficiency in basic mathematics.

Responsibilities
- Execute all stages of dough preparation: mixing, fermenting, scaling, shaping, and baking.
- Demonstrate understanding of bread production, including ingredients and fermentation processes.
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting and cultivate positive working relationships.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and orderly.
- Provide assistance to other departments or perform supplementary tasks when necessary.
- Consistently align work and conduct with Tartine's core mission.
