Overview

Seeking a dedicated Evening Dishwasher and Porter to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $18.00 per hour, plus tips. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) is required.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, including chemical cleaners and equipment deep-cleaning.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a food hygiene certificate.
• Training in manual handling procedures.
• Understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stamina to work 40 to 50 hours per week when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash all dishware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
• Perform daily and deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Maintain organized storage, refrigeration, and freezer units.
• Receive deliveries and assist with porter duties.
• Ensure all work surfaces, walls, and floors are clean and sanitized.
• Report malfunctioning equipment and safety hazards promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and participate in required training.
