As the Store Manager, you will be vital to the prosperity of our location by managing all daily operations, resources, and sales outcomes. This is a full-time position offering benefits including a 401(k) plan and bonus pay.

Primary Duties

• Accountable for all facets of daily oversight at the store.
• Responsible for managing resources, inventory, personnel, and sales administration.
• Guaranteeing top-tier customer service and tracking the store's comprehensive financial results.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, evaluating, and overseeing staff.
• Administering budgets and keeping financial documentation.
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
• Supervising inventory and price controls.
• Increasing profitability and efficiency.
• Inspiring staff to achieve sales goals and establishing those targets.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and health rules.
• Arranging promotional displays and materials.
• Communicating with upper management.
• Managing staff benefits, salaries, and creating avenues for career progression.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. Monday to Friday with weekend availability required.
