Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pastry Baker to join our team, specializing in croissant production at a production scale. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine enthusiasm for viennoiserie who thrives in an energetic, innovative workplace. The position offers a competitive wage of up to $22.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) is mandatory.

Requirements

• Demonstrated, consistent work history and verified kitchen experience.
• Competent and committed culinary professional.
• Optimistic outlook with the capability to cooperate effectively within a team.
• Meticulous eye for detail and a pursuit of high-quality results.
• Willingness to receive cross-training in the pastry section.
• Availability for shift hours: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm (Daytime schedule, no evenings).
• Mandatory weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
