Primary Duties
- Operate a designated station on the hot line (e.g., wok, sauté, grill, or fryer).
- Prepare menu items precisely and consistently according to the Chef's specifications.
- Complete all preparatory tasks for your assigned station.
- Adhere strictly to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and systematically organized work area.
- Assist the expeditor and maintain clear communication throughout service.
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements
- A minimum of two to three years of line cook experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume establishment.
- Proficiency with wok, grill, sauté, or fryer techniques; wok expertise is highly desirable.
- Ability to stay composed, orderly, and productive during peak service periods.
- Dependable transportation and a strong record of punctuality.
- A current Food Handler's certification.
