Our upscale, high-volume kitchen is looking for a skilled hot line cook. You will be responsible for preparing signature dishes with precision and speed, operating wok, sauté, grill, and fry stations. Must be available for evenings and weekends.

Primary Duties

  • Operate a specific hot line station, such as wok, sauté, grill, or fryer.
  • Prepare all dishes consistently according to the Chef's specifications.
  • Oversee station preparation, inventory sheets, and overall organization.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and adhere to all food safety protocols.
  • Assist the expeditor and communicate effectively throughout service.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Two to three or more years of experience on the hot line in an upscale or high-capacity kitchen.
  • Proficiency with wok or sauté techniques is a plus.
  • Must perform well in high-pressure situations.
  • Dependable, diligent, and a cooperative team player.
