Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Experience: Minimum of two years of fine dining line cook experience (or equivalent combination).
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
- Solid knowledge of food products and skilled application of culinary techniques.
- High attention to detail in food preparation and plating.
- Proficient knife skills.
- Experience with specific kitchen equipment: charcoal/wood-burning grill, burners, deep fryer, steamers, cryo-vac machines, scales, and wok.
- Conversational English skills.
- Strong team-oriented work ethic and dedication.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
