Housekeeper

Job Type: Full-Time (Per Diem considered)

Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Overview

Bridges to Recovery is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain facility cleanliness and assist clients. This role in our luxury residential mental health treatment center offers a standard schedule of Friday through Tuesday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Mopping floors and replacing mop heads.
• Cleaning and organizing linens.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom areas.
• Dusting surfaces.
• Emptying trash receptacles.
• Interacting with clients and colleagues professionally, ethically, and compassionately.
• Applying age- and gender-appropriate communication techniques.
• Utilizing multicultural communication skills.
• Performing additional tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid California driver's license.
• Previous experience in a treatment center environment is preferred.
