Overview

Join a University of Southern California research study with a platonic friend of the same gender. The study investigates social interactions and drinking habits. Involvement includes a remote screening, one in-person session, four lab visits, smartphone surveys, and two long-term follow-ups.

Requirements

• You and a platonic friend of the same gender must participate together.
• Both participants must be aged 21 to 29.
• Both participants must consume alcohol regularly.

Study Involvement

• One remote screening appointment.
• One in-person initial session.
• Four laboratory visits.
• Completion of surveys on a personal smartphone or suitable device.
• Two follow-up surveys at six months and one year after joining.
