This is a full-time role based in Santa Barbara, California, or in Los Angeles with a requirement to be present at our Santa Barbara design studio several days per week.

Corinne Mathern Studio seeks a sophisticated and systematic Lead Designer to act as the central force for daily project advancement. This leadership role involves guiding the design process from concept to installation, managing client and vendor communications, and upholding the studio's high standards for luxury residential and commercial interiors.
---Requirements
- Minimum of eight years in interior design, with at least three years in a senior or lead capacity at a firm specializing in high-end or luxury interiors.
- Demonstrated experience managing complete project lifecycles with minimal direct oversight.
- A compelling portfolio exhibiting work consistent with luxury, custom residential and/or commercial interior design.
- Outstanding leadership, delegation, and forward-thinking communication abilities.
- Advanced expertise in design documentation, detailing, and product specifications.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Studio Designer (or comparable software).
- Exceptional poise in client interactions and superior organizational talent.
