Project Manager - Interior Design

Overview
The House of Pontovi is seeking a skilled and seasoned Interior Design Project Manager to join our studio. The ideal candidate will manage high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept through final delivery, requiring outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple prominent projects simultaneously.
Primary Duties
- Project Planning and Implementation: Establish scope, formulate detailed plans, oversee projects from start to finish, and track progress against quality benchmarks.
- Budget and Financial Oversight: Prepare and administer project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial limits while preserving design quality.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as primary liaison among clients, contractors, and suppliers, fostering robust relationships through transparent communication.
- Documentation and Regulatory Adherence: Examine project documents for precision, ensure code compliance, and manage submittals and RFIs.
- Team Leadership and Cooperation: Lead within a cooperative team setting, communicate professionally, and promote a constructive work atmosphere.
- Problem Resolution and Quality Assurance: Anticipate project hurdles, apply solutions to prevent setbacks, and provide final endorsement on designs to ensure superior standards.
Required Qualifications
- Education and Background: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar discipline. Demonstrated history of managing multiple interior design projects from idea to realization.
- Technical Proficiencies: Solid understanding of project management frameworks. Skilled in Google Drive, InDesign/Programma, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Studio Designer is a plus. Must comprehend construction documents and building regulations.
