EngAGE, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching lives in affordable housing communities, seeks energetic instructional leaders. This role involves guiding groups of active older adults in fitness, arts, or lifelong learning subjects. This is a flexible, part-time contractor position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly or biweekly instructional sessions.

Requirements
- Must be at ease teaching active older adults.
- A clear LiveScan background screening (FBI/DOJ) is required prior to starting service.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Specialization in one or more areas: fitness/wellness (e.g., yoga, tai-chi, dance), arts/creativity (e.g., drawing, painting, writing), or lifelong learning (e.g., technology, nutrition, languages).
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience instructing older adults.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and/or creative pursuits.

Commitment & Support
The time commitment is typically one hour per week or two hours every other week. Scheduling is adaptable (weekday mornings through evenings; weekends upon request). An on-site tour and support from EngAGE and on-site staff will be provided.
