Daily Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and placing outgoing calls.
• Following up with clients by phone, text message, and email.
• Scheduling service appointments.
• Managing customer correspondence.
• Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.

What We Provide

• Hourly wage combined with bonuses and daily cash incentives.
• Base pay starting from $18 to $25 per hour, plus daily cash bonuses and additional incentives.
• Adaptable schedules: Monday through Friday, with options of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend shifts are also available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and software such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, and email.
• Prior experience with ServiceTitan CRM software is a significant advantage.
