Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and examine customer purchase orders.
  • Generate shipping paperwork, labels, and packing slips.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel for precise item selection, packaging, and dispatch.
  • Maintain communication with retail customers concerning order progress and delivery timelines.
  • Support Account Managers with reporting, product setup, and client meetings.
  • Manage order-related information within ERP systems or retail platforms.
  • Help resolve order inconsistencies or delivery problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification is desirable.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in order management, account coordination, or sales operations.
  • Proficient written and spoken English communication abilities are required.
  • Meticulous, accountable, and capable of managing multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
  • Superior organizational and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with macOS is required.
