Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess valid identification.
• Excellent verbal communication and people skills.
• Capacity to remain composed and constructive in a busy customer-facing setting.
• Dependable, on-time, and collaborative.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Educate customers on products and suggest options aligned with their preferences.
• Handle transactions precisely and ensure point-of-sale data is correct.
• Abide by all state cannabis laws and internal dispensary guidelines.
• Keep the work area tidy and orderly.
• Restock items and manage inventory organization.
