Jewelry Sales & Social Media Associate

Overview

This on-site role combines in-store jewelry sales and customer service with social media content creation and product listing. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have a presentable appearance for modeling jewelry, and be proficient with social media platforms. Pay ranges from $18 to $28 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store sales by assisting customers, presenting jewelry collections, and finalizing purchases.
• Model jewelry items on camera for photos and videos.
• Produce basic photo and video content for Instagram and TikTok.
• List products on digital marketplaces including Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shop, OfferUp, TikTok, and eBay.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and online.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Maintain a well-groomed, presentable appearance suitable for modeling jewelry.
• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry background preferred.
• Adept at using a smartphone for photos, videos, and social media management.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
