Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Overview

Join Rinktopia, a premier organizer of seasonal outdoor ice skating venues, for the upcoming winter season. We are seeking energetic, guest-oriented individuals to support daily operations at the Woodland Hills on Ice & Winterfest celebration, creating memorable moments in a charming outdoor winter atmosphere. Positions can begin as soon as Monday!

Primary Duties

• Welcome and aid guests with arrival procedures, ticket processing, and skate rentals.
• Contribute to upholding a tidy, secure, and inviting facility.
• Aid in rink operational tasks such as ice condition observation and managing guest flow.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address minor guest concerns swiftly.
• Assist with daily setup and closing activities.
• Adhere to established company safety guidelines and protocols.
• Support guests participating in ice slide attractions.
• Operate concession stand services.

Requirements

• Possess a cheerful, dynamic, and trustworthy demeanor.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in winter weather.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting skates or equipment throughout a shift.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
