Job Type: Staff Position

Hourly Wage: $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This role involves the full spectrum of recruitment duties, from attracting and selecting new personnel to supporting the retention of current team members. Candidates must have prior recruiting experience within a staffing agency environment.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience in the staffing sector, with a preference for background in light industrial staffing.
• Must be able to establish positive relationships with all staff members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
• Must possess strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent skills in both written and spoken communication are required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, source, and conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training process for new hires.
• Promote and uphold the company's culture, core values, and policies.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation as requested by management.
• Organize initiatives and events that acknowledge employee contributions.
• Keep employee records updated and accurate.
