Requirements

• Prior dispatch background (experience in HVAC is advantageous)
• Excellent communication abilities, capacity to handle multiple tasks, and proficiency with computers
• Knowledge of the local geography (San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities)
• Experience with ServiceTitan CRM is a significant benefit
• Dependable, driven, and prepared to contribute to the team’s achievements

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing technician timetables, route planning, and daily job allocations
• Monitoring customer calls, service orders, and necessary follow-ups utilizing ServiceTitan CRM or comparable platforms
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients and field personnel
• Guaranteeing that every inquiry is addressed promptly and attentively
• Aiding the administrative team with scheduling, coordination, and everyday operational tasks
