Mortgage Loan Processing Intern

Location: On-site at our penthouse office, 960 W. 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90017

Overview

Smart Choice Realty and Mortgage Finance, Inc. seeks an intern to learn mortgage loan processing and closing. This is an immersive opportunity with potential for a formal position and significant earnings. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and open to a close-knit team environment. Licensing costs, room, and board will be covered during the internship. Successful candidates can eventually earn $50,000 to $100,000 per month.

Requirements

• Must live very nearby or be open to living with us.
• A real estate license is preferred but not mandatory; we will assist in obtaining necessary licenses (Real Estate, Broker, NMLS).
• Must be adaptable, eager to learn, a fast typist, detail-oriented, articulate, and hardworking.
• Some college education is a plus.
• Seeking a long-term career partnership, not a temporary job.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and take pride in keeping commitments.
