Overview
LA Auto Center is seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual for a W2 employment position. This integral role focuses on delivering superior customer support, overseeing front office activities, and providing administrative assistance. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- Manage incoming telephone calls and process applications.
- Obtain insurance quotations for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate customer files and databases.
- Screen incoming email correspondence and print stipulations.
- Clearly explain product features and applicant qualifications.
- Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Have experience operating a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
