Overview
Strength United is seeking a licensed clinical leader for the role of Associate Director of Intervention Services. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing strategic leadership, supervision, and oversight for all clinical operations. The role focuses on ensuring quality, trauma-informed services, regulatory compliance, and program excellence. The compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000 annually.

Requirements
- A graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Possession of an active California license (Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT) or the ability to attain one within a year if licensed in another state.
- One to two years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Background or strong interest in trauma-focused, equity-driven services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working within diverse, multicultural settings.
