• Shoes must be removed before walking on the carpet
• Landlord has one small dog; tenant must not have dog allergies
• Ideal as a starter or transitional arrangement (e.g., relocating, between apartments)
• Not suitable for those with furniture or seeking long-term rental
• Must be prepared to move in same/next day (space not held)
• Payment in cash only; terms are non-negotiable
