• Neat, clean, and prompt with washing dishes.
• Social, friendly, and enjoys meeting new people.
• Mature, responsible, and punctual with rent.
• No smoking or drugs; moderate drinking acceptable.
• Preference given to international visitors, but all are welcome.
• Note: Two platonic friends may share the room for $1,500/month (couples not considered).
