I am a longstanding owner with a premier vacation club, offering my personal, unused vacation intervals for rent. For over two decades, I have assisted guests in securing memorable getaways with excellent experiences.

Overview

Rent a vacation stay at one of over 500 resorts worldwide. Rates begin between $150 and $350 per night, depending on location and size. Accommodations can include up to three bedrooms. A special 3-night New Year's stay (Dec 29, 2025 - Jan 1, 2026) is available for $750 or best offer.

How It Works & Requirements

• I check live availability and make the reservation directly under your name as my personal guest.
• A 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement are required to secure your booking.
• For reservations within 120 days of arrival, the resort's policy does not permit refunds.
• Payments are accepted via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
• All guests must check in with a valid ID and credit card for incidentals.
